摘　　要：实名认证微博应承担重要传播者、社会监督、唤醒民众关注等话语责任。对于集教育、服务、文化休闲等功能于一身的图书馆来说,其在借助实名认证微博扩大图书馆影响力、塑造图书馆活力形象、进行在线图书馆服务营销的同时,还应从社会层面、传播层面、个体层面确立和承担相应的话语责任。The real-name authentication microblog takes the discourse responsibility of the communicator, the social supervision and the public attention awakening. For libraries with the integration of the education function, the service function, culture leisure functions, they establish and undertake the relevant discourse responsibility from three levels such as society, the transmission and the individual, while getting help from real-name authentication microblog to expand the influence of libraries, shape the vibrant image of libraries and develop the online library service marketing.
