摘　　要：2012年,高校图书馆社会开放再次成为行业关注的热点。但是在理论上,对于高校图书馆社会开放的概念、理由和方法,行业内外存在很多认识盲点;在实践中,其进展也很不顺利,甚至有异化现象。高校图书馆社会开放本不应该是个问题,但是其不应该绝对化。目前导致高校图书馆社会开放绝对化的主要原因为:文献资源共享理念在当代实践领域的非理性阐释和当前图书馆行业行政化管理体制的弊端。University libraries open to society once again becomes the focus of the attention of the industry in 2012. But in abstracto, there are many blind spots of the knowledge about the concept, the reason and the method of university libraries open to society; in practice, its progress is not very smooth, and even has the dissimilation. University libraries open to society should be a problem, but should not be absolutely. Currently, the main reason of the absolutization of university libraries open to society is the irrational interpretation of literature resource sharing concept in the field of contemporary practice and current library industry drawbacks of the administrative management system.
