摘 要:旅游价值链是近年来旅游研究领域的一个新方向,特别是我国"十二五"规划中对发展旅游业的战略定位,必将引起对旅游价值创造的关注与探讨。文章按照旅游价值链的研究基础与范畴、研究视角与切入点、研究方法与动态这一渐进思路,对旅游价值链主题的中外文献进行了回顾与梳理,并在此基础上提出未来可能的研究方向:旅游价值链的内在关系、多元化的研究方法以及对旅游价值的度量等。Research into the tourism value chain is becoming a new focus in the study of tourism.Strategic positioning of the tourism industry in the twelfth Five-year Plan for China has raised concerns and prompted a closer examination of the value created by tourism.This paper reviews both domestic and foreign research on the tourism value chain based on the following ideas: research foundation and category,research angle and the breakthrough point,and research method and progress.Based on this review,the paper also puts forward possible directions for future study of the tourism value chain,including internal relations in the tourism value chain,multiple research methods and measurement of tourism values. The current study did not strictly distinguish differences among the tourism supply chain,the tourism commodity chain and the tourism value chain and they over lap greatly in the current literature.From an economic perspective there is essentially no difference among them either;their common features lie in fully understanding and depicting the tourism product,the division of labor and the collaborative processes of tourism.This paper argues that the foundation of the value chain is still in the supply and commodity chains.This is because the value chain not only contains the physical connections between the tourism supply chain and commodity chain but also highlights the economic demands and objectives of this connection.The structure of the tourism value chain and its core management issues are the main concerns in the existing literature.The composition of the tourism value chain depends on the characteristics of the tourism economy.Furthermore,the structural characteristics of the tourism value chain determine the distribution of different businesses in the value chain nodes.Thus,the relationships between these businesses naturally become a focus of research.However,compared with foreign research,domestic research methods are less diverse.Therefore,there is certainly space to develop,particularly in the applicatio
