摘  要:为了更好地管理配电网的电能质量问题,研发了配电网电能质量监测与高级分析软件平台。构建了平台软件的总体框架结构,详细介绍了软件平台开发中使用的技术路线。结合配网的特点和现状,研发了适用于配电网的电能质量评估、谐波潮流算法、谐波源定位等核心算法,率先提出了"基于纵横向区域配电网电能质量智能评估算法","基于计量自动化系统的谐波潮流计算算法"和"基于负荷分类和负荷容量的下级谐波源查找技术"。本软件平台已经在东莞配网实际运行,运行效果良好,改善了东莞配网的电能质量问题。In order to better manage the power quality problems of distribution network, this paper designs and develops a power quality detection and analysis software for distribution network. The overall design of the platform software systems is constructed, and the technology used in the development of the software platform is described. Combined with the features and status of distribution network, this paper focuses on the key technologies of power quality assessment algorithm, the harmonic power flow algorithm, and the harmonic source location algorithm, etc. It firstly proposes the technology of "time series dynamic evaluation of regional power grid power quality based on vertical and horizontal scatter degree method", "harmonic power flow algorithm based on metering automation system", and "harmonic source location based on the load classification and load capacity of the feeders". The software platform has been running well in the distribution network of Dongguan, and has improved the power quality of distribution network in Dongguan.
