摘 要:随着大容量电池技术、电动汽车技术的发展和成本的降低,电动汽车的数量将急剧增长,其随机充放电行为将为城市电网的安全稳定运行带来新的挑战。从电动汽车充电设备及充放电特性出发,分析了电动汽车充电行为对电网负荷平衡、电源容量、电能质量、环境等方面的影响。探讨了电动汽车V2G模式在车网通信、削峰填谷、频率调节、新能源协调运行等领域的应用前景,并展望了含大规模电动汽车的城市电网动态运行机制、电动汽车与电网的协调优化经济运行、V2G多场景发展等相关领域的下一步研究工作。With the development of high-storage battery and electric vehicle, the number of the electric vehicles will rise dramatically because of reduction costs, so that the random charging and discharging behavior of which will bring new challenges to safe and stable operation of urban power grids. Based on the charging equipment and charging & discharging characteristics of electric vehicles, the impact of electric vehicle charging behavior on load balance, power capacity, power quality, environment and other aspects is analyzed, and the applications of V2G pattern in the fileds of the connection between electric car and power grid, load shifting, frequency adjustment, and compatible operation with new energy resources are discussed. Also this paper looks forward to future research on dynamic operation mechanism of urban distribution network including a number of electric vehicles, the coordinate and economic operation of electric vehicles with power grid, and the various scene development of V2G.
