摘　　要：以豆瓣读书频道的标签数据、中国国家数字图书馆的书目数据为例,对两种不同的知识组织系统进行分析以找出其异同,在此基础上提出图书标签与书目记录的有效结合点:扩充人名库、机构库;进行受控词推荐;同义词表进行关联;加强标签、资源和用户推荐。认为可通过发挥二者之间的优势,完善知识的描述与组织,使用户准确、及时分享到优质资源。同时,借助网络平台,积聚众人力量,提高用户个人的学习能力。This paper takes the tags data in the book channel of Douban and the bibliography data of National Digital Library of China for example, and discusses their different knowledge organization systems to find the similarity and difference between them. It provides the effective combing points of book tags and library catalogues, including the expansion of names database and institutional repository, recommendation of the controlled vocabularies, link with synonyms tables, recommendation of the users, tags and resources. By making good use of the advantages of them, this paper perfects the description and organization of knowledge. Users can share quality resources correctly and timely, and improve the individual learning ability by accumulating power through websites.
