小组社会工作在社区社会组织领袖能力建设中的实务研究——以北京市西城区L社区为例

摘　　要：目前社区社会组织在社区服务和社区建设中的作用越来越突出,人员队伍规模不断壮大、组织数量持续增长。但在快速发展的同时也面临着不少问题,其中社会组织领袖的领导能力建设是一项突出的挑战。以北京市西城区L社区为例,以小组社会工作服务实践为基础,分析当前城市社区社会组织领袖在组织和领导能力建设方面的现状和问题,通过专业小组社会工作培养社区社会组织领袖。简要介绍社区社会组织领袖领导能力培养小组的具体内容和活动流程,以期进一步提升社区社会组织领袖的领导能力,更好地发挥其积极作用,更好地服务居民、服务和谐社会建设。Now the role of community social organizations in community service and community construction is becoming more and more important. At the same time, there are also many problems, among which the social organization leadership construction is an outstanding challenge. Based on the practice of group social work, takes the L community in Xicheng District of Beijing as an example to analyze the status quo and problems of community organization leaders in terms of organizing ability construction and leadership capacity construction. This article points out the advantages of professional group social work in community social organization leadership construction and provides a brief introduction to the specific content and process of the leadership training group.
