健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染与血脂关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血脂的关系。方法对821名健康体检人群分为Hp阳性组(408名)与阴性组(413名)进行Hp抗体(Hp-IgG)及血脂检测,对其结果进行统计分析。结果 Hp感染的发生率为49.70%,Hp阳性组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比较,差异无统计学意义;Hp阳性组TC、TG、LDL-C异常升高发生率分别为50.49%、35.54%、70.10%;Hp阴性组分别为35.35%、24.94%、49.39%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组HDL-C异常降低发生率分别为8.82%、8.72%,差异无统计学意义。结论 Hp感染影响血脂代谢,积极根治幽门螺杆菌感染,有利于减少血脂异常的发生,防止心血管疾病的发生。OBJECTIVE To estimate the relationship between the Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infections and the blood-lipid in the healthy population undergoing physical examination.METHODS A total of 821 healthy people who underwent the physical examination were divided into the Hp-positive group with 408 cases and the Hp-negative group with 413 cases,and Hp-IgG and blood-lipid were detected in both groups,and the statistical analysis of the result was performed.RESULTS The incidence rate of Hp infections was 49.70%.The levels of the cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） were all higher in the Hp-positive group than in the Hp-negative group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,but as compared with the high density of lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,the difference was also statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence rates of the abnormal elevated TC,TG,and LDL-C in the Hp-positive group were 50.49%,35.54%,and 70.10%,which were higher than 35.35%,24.94%,and 49.39% of the Hp-negative group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence rates of the abnormal decreased HDL-C in the two groups were 8.82% and 8.72%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Hp infections can affect the metabolism of blood-lipid.To actively cure the Hp infections may reduce the incidence of the abnormality of blood-fat and prevent the cardiovascular diseases.
