多发性肋骨骨折并发下呼吸道感染的原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的分析多发性肋骨骨折并发下呼吸道感染的原因,探讨防治对策。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,对可吸收肋骨钉多发性肋骨骨折内固定治疗患者62例(治疗组)进行观察,与同期行非手术治疗的多发性肋骨骨折患者70例(对照组)相比较。结果治疗组62例并发下呼吸道感染7例占11.29%,肺不张8例占12.90%,呼吸衰竭2例占3.23%,对照组70例,发生下呼吸道感染43例占61.43%,肺不张22例占31.43%,呼吸衰竭15例占21.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多发性肋骨骨折容易并发下呼吸道感染,可吸收肋骨钉多发性肋骨骨折内固定术是有效的防治方法。OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of multiple rib fractures complicated by lower respiratory tract infections and explore measures for prevention.METHODS The prospective study method was applied,62 patients with multiple rib fractures received internal fixation with absorbable rib-connecting-pins（the treatment group）,and 70 patients underwent conservative therapy during the same period（the control group）.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.RESULTS In the treatment group,there were 7 of 62（11.29%） cases complicated by the lower respiratory tract infections,8（12.9%） cases of atelectasis,and 2（3.23%） cases of respiratory failure.Of 70 cases treated in the control group,there were 43（61.43%） cases with lower respiratory tract infections,22（31.43%） cases of atelectasis,and 15（21.43%） cases of respiratory failure,the difference between the groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Multiple rib fractures are prone to be complicated by the lower respiratory tract infections,multiple rib fractures fixation with absorbable rib-connecting-pins is an effective way to prevention and treat.
