摘　　要：目的了解部分健康体检器械的带菌状况,为进一步探索健康体检器械的清洁消毒方法提供依据。方法依据《消毒技术规范》对健康体检中使用的B超探头、红外乳腺诊断仪探头、听诊器、视力检查所使用的眼罩、心电图各导联等物体表面采样,进行细菌学监测,并对分离的部分细菌进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果共采集各类物体表面标本827份,带菌阳性标本827份,阳性率为100.00%;其中B超探头及红外乳腺诊断仪探头微生物污染状况尤为严重,平均菌落数为(627.70±18.68)、(744.54±18.08)CFU/cm2;体检用品检出的病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,其中微球菌属分离率最高,占28.69%～79.48%;对分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及不动杆菌属行药敏试验,以上4种细菌对抗菌药物具有不同的耐药性,同时分离到13株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,4株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌。结论部分健康体检的医疗器械微生物污染严重,需探索出一套简单易行的清洗消毒方法。OBJECTIVE To understand the microbial contamination of some health examination instruments so as to provide basis for further exploration of cleaning and disinfection examination instruments.METHODS According to the disinfection technique specifications,the surfaces of the B ultrsound probe,breast infrared probe,stethoscope,visual inspection cover,and ECG lead bacteria were sampled,the monitoring of bacteriology was performed,some of the isolated bacteria were identified,and the drug susceptibility testing was performed.RESULTS A total of 827 copies of various types of surfaces were collected,827 samples were positive,the positive rate was 100.00%.B ultrasound probe and breast infrared probe microorganism pollution were particularly serious with the average concentrations of（627.70±18.68） CFU/cm2 and（744.54±18.08） CFU/cm2.The gram-positive cocci were predominant pathogens isolated from the health examination instruments,among which the isolation rate of Micrococcus was the highest,ranging between 28.69% and 79.48%.The drug susceptibility testing was performed for the isolated Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Acinetobacter,which varied in the drug resistance,simultaneously,13 strains of methicillin-resistant S.aureus and 4 strains of methicillin-resistance S.epidermidis were isolated.CONCLUSION Some health medical equipments have been seriously polluted,thus it is necessary to explore a series of simple and feasible methods of cleaning and disinfection.
