纸塑包装器械包质量与托盘摆放方式相关性研究

摘　　要：目的比较器械托盘不同摆放方式对纸塑包装器械包灭菌效果、开裂率和湿包率的影响,探索最佳摆放方式,提高器械包质量。方法在纸塑袋质量、规格选取、封口温度、封口宽度、压力蒸汽灭菌条件等均相同的前提下将器械包按托盘摆放方式不同分为常规组和试验组,常规组器械托盘底部朝向纸面放置,塑面在上,试验组器械托盘底部朝向塑面,纸面在上,从灭菌监测合格率、包装袋开裂率和湿包率3个方面比较两组器械包灭菌后质量。结果两组器械包灭菌监测合格率均为100.00%;常规组包装开裂率为2.67%,试验组开裂率为0,两组差异有统计学意义;常规组湿包率占1.87%,试验组为0,差异有统计学意义。结论两种托盘摆放方式的纸塑包装器械包灭菌合格率均能达到100.00%;托盘底部朝向塑面,纸面在上的包装方式能够有效避免器械包开裂和湿包发生。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of deferent layout modes of pallets on the sterilization,cracking rate and package wet rate of paper plastic bags so as to find a best layout mode and improve the quality of the instrument packaging.METHODS Under the same condition of paper plastic bag quality,standard selection,seal temperature,seal width and pressure steam sterilization,the equipment bags were divided into the control group and the experiment group by the different layout modes of the pallets.The bottoms of the pallets of the control group faced to paper,with the plastic side facing up.The bottoms of the pallets of the experiment group faced to plastics,with the paper site facing up.The sterilization quality of the two groups was observed by comparing the qualified rate of monitoring of sterilization,the bag cracking rate and package wet rate.RESULTS The qualified rates of the sterilization monitoring of both groups were 100.00%.The cracking rate of the control group was 2.67%,the experiment group 0%,the difference was statistically significant.The package wet rate of the control group was 1.87%,the experiment group 0%,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION The qualified rates of the sterilization of the paper plastic bags can reach 100.00% with both of the two pallets layout modes.The packaging mode,with the bottom of the pallet facing to the plastic side and the paper side facing up,is an effective way to avoid the bag cracking and wetting bag.
