摘　　要：目的加强供应室质量管理,确保无菌物品的质量,预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法按照质量标准,对供应室建筑布局、工作流程及管理程序进行规范化。结果完善了各项规章制度、操作流程,使无菌物品的质量不断提高;灭菌物品的合格率及一次性物品的保供率双达标,满足了临床科室的治疗要求。结论健全各项工作制度及管理制度、严格要求操作规程、规范管理是预防和控制医院感染的重要环节。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the quality management of supply rooms so as to ensure the quality of the sterilized items,to prevent and control the nosocomial infections.METHODS According to the quality standards,the layout of supply rooms,work process and management procedures were standardized.RESULTS The rules,regulations and operation procedures were made perfect,the quality of sterilized items was continuously improved.The qualified rate of sterilized items and the supply rate of the disposable items both met the standards.The clinical department′s requirements toward treatment were fulfilled.CONCLUSION The perfect work system and management system,strict operation procedure,and standardized management are important links to prevent and control nosocomial infections.
