摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA法在消毒供应中心感染管理中的应用,有效控制医院感染。方法 2007-2009年采用的常规管理方法作为对照组,2010-2011年采用PDCA法作为PDCA组,比较两组消毒工作和临床科室满意度。结果 PDCA组金黄色葡萄球菌、其他革兰阳性菌、其他革兰阴性菌和大肠埃希菌的检出率分别为2.0%、5.5%、7.0%和28.5%,对照组分别为6.0%、8.0%、9.5%和32.0%,外科手术感染率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);PDCA组消毒液浓度合格率、无菌干包率、器械清洁达标率、灭菌物品合格率分别为96.8%、98.0%、98.7%、97.2%,均比对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA法应用于感染管理中可以明显预防和减少感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To the explore the application of PDCA in infection control in the central sterile supply department so as to effectively contol the nosocomial infections.METHODS The PDCA applied in the central sterile supply department from 2010 to 2011 was set as the PDCA group,the conventional management adopted from 2007 to 2009 was set as the control group.The disinfection efficacy and the satisfaction of the clinical departments were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus,gram-positive bacteria,gram-negative bacteria,and Escherichia coli were 2.0%,5.5%,7.0%,and 28.5% in the PDCA group and 6.0%,8.0%,9.5%,and 32.0% in the control group,with the surgical infection rate decreasing significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）.The pass rates of the disinfectant concentration,sterile dry package,equipment cleaning,and sterilized items were respectively 96.8%,98.0%,98.7%,and 97.2% in the PDCA group,being significantly elevated as compared with the control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of PDCA in the infection control can significantly prevent and reduce the incidence of the infections.
