摘　　要：目的探讨手术器械纳入消毒供应中心进行程序化管理模式的效果,为保证患者安全,降低手术切口感染率。方法将手术器械交接清点、清洗、包装、灭菌及灭菌后的装载运输等环节建立管理体系和质量标准,加强流通管理,强化质量监控。结果 2009年1月-2010年1月实施程序化管理前手术器械交接、清洗消毒、灭菌、装载、运输各环节,12 620包次中问题发生率为2.7%;而2010年2月-2011年2月实施程序化管理后,15 650包次中各环节问题发生率为0.58%,与实施程序化管理前相比较发生问题明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对手术器械进行程序化管理,有效保障了器械使用的安全性及正确性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of programmed management of the surgical instruments in the central sterile supply department so as to ensure the patient′s safety and reduce the incidence of the surgical site infections.METHODS The transfer check of surgical instruments in operation room,the basketing and washing of surgical instruments in contaminated zone of central supply room,the packaging and transportation of sterilized surgical instruments in clean zone of central supply room were linked to establish the management system and quality standards,the circulation management and the quality control were strengthened.RESULTS From Jan 2009 to Jan 2010,the incidence of the problems was 2.7% in 12 620 packages during the handover of surgical instruments in the program management,cleansing and disinfection,sterilization,loading,and the transport.After the implementation of the program management from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011,the incidence of the problems was 0.58% in the 15650 packages,being significantly reduced as compared with that before the implementation of the programmed management,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSION The program management in the central sterile supply department can effectively safeguard the use of the surgical instruments.
