摘　　要：目的探讨创伤骨科医护人员发生职业暴露的危险因素与预防措施,降低职业暴露发生率。方法对医院2010年1月-2011年12月医院感染管理科登记在案的创伤骨科医护人员职业暴露原因进行统计分析。结果共发生职业暴露50人次,其中因患者的血液、分泌物污染皮肤或黏膜高达26.0%,针头刺伤占22.0%,安瓿割伤占20.0%。结论创伤骨科医护人员在临床工作中易发生职业暴露,存在较大的职业安全风险,医院应重视创伤骨科医护人员的职业安全工作,建立职业暴露报告制度及处理流程,发生职业暴露后及时妥善处理;更新观念,提倡使用安全医疗、护理器具,严格做好标准预防,切实保证创伤骨科医护人员的职业安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors for the occupational exposure of the staff in the trauma department of orthopedics and propose the prevention measures so as to reduce the incidence of the occupational exposure.METHODS The statistical analysis was performed for the causes of the occupational exposure of the staff in trauma department of orthopedics who were registered to the department of infection control.RESULTS There were totally 50 case-times of occupational exposure,among which the patients with blood and secretions contaminated skin or mucosal accounted for 26.0%,the patients with needle stick injuries accounted for 22.0%,and the patients with the ampoule injuries accounted for 20.0%.CONCLUSION The medical personnel in the trauma department of orthopedics are prone to the occupational exposure in the clinical practice and are at high risk of the occupational safety.The hospital should attach importance to the occupational safety of the medical personnel in the trauma department of orthopedics,establishing occupational exposure reporting system and the treatment flow so as to treat properly after the occupational exposure occurs.It is necessary to renew the idea,to encourage to use the medical and nursing apparatus in a safe way,and to make strict standards for the prevention so as to ensure the occupational safety of the medical personnel in the trauma department of orthopedics.
