烧伤病房鲍氏不动杆菌的感染分布及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医院烧伤病房鲍氏不动杆菌的感染分布及耐药性,协助临床制定最佳治疗方案,延缓细菌耐药性发展,更好地控制感染。方法分析烧伤病房2006年1月-2011年12月196例鲍氏不动杆菌感染患者的临床资料,总结其感染分布特点及耐药性。结果烧伤病房鲍氏不动杆菌的感染率为4.7%,主要来源于创面分泌物76株、咽拭标本35株、痰液39株、血液30株、静脉导管16株,分别占38.8%、17.9%、19.9%、15.3%、8.2%;鲍氏不动杆菌对亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦敏感性较高,敏感率分别为62.8%、61.2%。结论临床医师应了解并掌握烧伤病房鲍氏不动杆菌的感染分布特点及耐药性,为患者制定更为恰当的治疗方案,促进患者康复。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii infections in burn wards of the hospital and analyze the drug resistance,help to establish the best treatment programs so as to delay the development of the bacterial resistance and control the infections.METHODS From Jan 2006 to Dec 2011,the clinical data of 196 patents with A.baumannii infections in the burn ward were analyzed,the characteristics of the infections and the drug resistance were summarized.RESULTS The incidence rate of the A.baumannii infections in the burn ward was 4.7%,there were 76（38.8%） strains isolated from the wound secretions,35（17.9%） strains from throat swab specimens,39（19.9%） strains from sputum,30（15.3%） strains from blood,and 16（8.2%） strains from intravenous catheter.The A.baumannii strains were highly sensitive to imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam,the drug susceptibility rates were 62.8% and 61.2%,respectively.CONCLUSION The clinicians should understand and master the characteristics of the distribution and drug resistance of A.baumannii in the burn ward so as to establish the more appropriate treatment programs and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
