摘　　要：太阳能电池测试分选设备用于晶体硅太阳能单体电池的性能测试和自动分选,位于太阳能电池生产的最后一道工序,由上料台、定位机构、传送装置、测试座、分选机构、太阳模拟器、控制系统等部分组成。介绍了中国电子科技集团公司第四十八研究所开发的国内首台全自动晶体硅太阳能电池测试分选设备,重点介绍了该设备太阳模拟器和控制系统之间的数据交换方式。即采用进口的高速高精度可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,通过以太网通信的方式实现了PLC和太阳模拟器之间的高速数据交换。Solar cell testing and sorting system is used for testing and sorting of solar cell. It is the final step in the production of solar ceils. The system is composed of the material machine, positioning institutions, transmitting device, the test apparatus, sorting parts, the simulator, control system and some other parts. Firstly, this article briefly introduces the first testing and sorting system in our country, developed by the 48th institute of China electronic technology corp. There is a focus on the simulator, and control system of data exchange mode. This system adopts the programmable controller as the control core. And it implements high-speed data exchange between the system and the simulator through Ethernet communications.
