摘　　要：分析了机器视觉系统光路中鬼像的来源及危害,给出了怎样利用光学设计软件ZEMAX进行鬼像分析。以某机器视觉系统为例详细阐述并列举了消除机器视觉系统鬼像的一般方法。In this thesis, the damage and source of ghost image in machine vision optics were analyzed. And how to analyze ghost image in ZEMAX was induced. Meanwhile, interrelated example of machine vision system was expatiated. And then, the methods for avoiding the ghost image were layout.
