除湿止痒软膏治疗外阴湿疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:总结分析除湿止痒软膏治疗女性外阴湿疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:采用随机、对照的方法,将56例外阴湿疹患者分为两组,治疗组采用除湿止痒软膏外涂,3次/d;对照组28例采用派瑞松霜外涂,2次/d,两组均连续治疗2周为一个疗程,连用两个疗程,观察用药前后瘙痒程度、皮损形态、皮损面积指标。结果:治疗组临床有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:除湿止痒软膏治疗女性外阴湿疹疗效与派瑞松霜相似,使用安全、有效。Objective：To investigate the therpeutic effect and adverse reaction of dehumkdification itching ointment on eczema of cunnus.Metods：Fifty-six patients with eczema of cunnus were divided into two groups,treatment group topical dehumidification itching ointment,and control group topical pevisone cream.Both groups were treated for four weeks,and each two weeks as one course of treatment.and the therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results：Total effective rate had no statistically significant.Conclusion：It had similar effects that treating eczema of cunnus with dehumidification itching ointment and pevisone cream which effects was safe,effective.
