摘　　要：目的回顾性分析40例慢性肾衰并心衰的心肺早期X线表现。方法收集经临床确诊的慢性肾衰(不同分期)并心衰病例40例,分析其心肺早期X线表现。结果:40例病人中,其心肺的早期X线表现为双肺过度减低(23/40),KerleyB线(6/40),两上肺静脉增粗(21/40),心影轻度增大(8/40)..结论:胸部X线检查可较为客观、准确地评价慢性肾衰并心衰引起的心肺早期改变的性质和程度。Objective To explore 40 cases of the X-ray signs in early of chromic renal failure concurrent heart failure on heart lungs.Methods Collects 40 cases of chromic renal failur（edifferent period）concurrent heart failure of which confirms by the surgery pathology,evaluate the X-ray feature in early of it.Resultes 40 cases of the X-ray signs in early on heart lungs included bilateral lungs pulmonary permenbility reduction（23/40）,KerleyB lines（6/40）,Double superior pulmonary vein thickenin（g21/40）,Heart shadow mild increas（e8/40）.Conclusion Chest X-ray can objectively and accururately evluate the heart lungs in early of change caused by chromic renal failure concurrent heart failure.
