摘　　要：本文重点研究美国的产品安全教育,还考察了欧盟和日本的消费者教育情况,试图提炼出国外的产品安全监管新模式和质量安全教育的实践做法。结合当前的社会实际和国外经验的启示,本文还提出了上海开展质量教育活动的政策设想。This article mainly studied product safety education in USA, and investigated con- sumer education in EU and in Japan, attempting to refine new mode of product safety supervi- sion and practice of quality and safety education. Combined with the current social reality and oversea experiences, it also proposed several policies for quality and safety education activities to be carried out in Shanghai.
