摘　　要：就中国建筑业现状的行业外部投入、技术人员、技术含量及收益等进行分析,谈谈民营企业和国有企业的发展趋势,并对建筑业的趋势进行了展望,提出我国建筑行业的基本构架、格局和基本形式不会发生根本性的转变。With the investment from outside of the industry, technician, technical content and income in the current Chinese building status, discussed the development direction of private enterprise and state-owned enterprise, view the future of the construction industry, the author consider that the basic structure, situation and basic pattern of Chinese construction industry will not changed.
