摘　　要：混凝土耐久性是影响混凝土结构使用寿命的主要因素之一,通过钢筋锈蚀检测、氯离子含量检测、氯离子扩散系数检测、混凝土表面渗水性检测等方法,对广东汕头沿海地区建筑物的耐久性能进行了测试和分析,揭示了既有建筑物耐久性能现状,探讨基于耐久性的沿海地区建筑物剩余寿命评估的方法。Concrete durability is one of the important factors of which affect the life of concrete structure. Tested and analyzed the littoral building durability in Shantou, Guangdong by testing of steel-bar corrosion, chloride content, diffusion coefficient of chlorine ion, leakage on the surface of concrete and so on, open out the status of existing building durability, discussed the apprise ways of residual life of the littoral building.
