摘  要:利用强碱性条件下六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、1,3,5-三(甲基三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)及γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH551)间的平衡化反应先制得一种侧链含有氨丙基的聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷(FASO),然后FASO与马来酸酐反应制备了一种新型羧基化聚甲基三氟丙基硅氧烷(FCAS),FCAS经乳化并用于山羊蓝湿革的防水处理。用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、透射电镜(TEM)、纳米粒度仪、ζ电位分析仪及静态接触角测量仪分别对产物结构、乳液粒子形态、粒径大小与分布、ζ电位及坯革粒面水静态接触角(WCA)进行表征。结果表明,合成产物具有预期结构。乳胶粒表面光滑,呈规则圆球状,平均粒径约为78 nm,粒径分布窄,乳液ζ电位为-37.53 mV。蓝湿革经其质量1.92%的FCAS有效物处理后,粒面WCA可高达144.5°,具有良好疏水性。A novel carboxylated polymethyhrifluoropropylsiloxane (FCAS) was synthesized through the reaction of maleic anhydride and pendant aminopropyl groups - containing polymethyhrifluoropropylsiloxane ( FASO ), which was firstly prepared via copolymerization of hexamethyldisiloxane ( MM ), oetamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane ( D4 ) , 1,3,5 - trimethyltris ( 3,3,3 - trifluoropyropyl ) eyclotrisiloxane ( DF3 ) and y - aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane ( KH551 ) under strong alkaline catalyst. Then FCAS was emulsified to treat the wet -blue goat. Infrared spectrum (IR) , proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), nano panicle size, ζ potential analyzer and static contact angle analyzer were utilized to characterize the structure of target product, panicle morphology and average size, ζ potential as well as hydrophobieity such as water contact angle on the grain side of treated crust leather. Results showed that final product had due structure. FCAS latices particles presented regular sphere with narrow panicle distribution and an average diameter of 78 nm and possessed smooth surface as well as ζ potential of - 37.53 mV. The treated crust leather by 1.92% FCAS active ingredients based on the weight of wet - blue goat had preferable hydrophobicity and water contactangle on its grain side attained 144. 5°.
