摘　　要：霍伯森维尔项目是综合性的总体城市设计项目,规划涉及在原空军基地用地上新建新型的中等密度居住社区。这是一项由霍伯森维尔土地公司所实施的长期性项目。按照综合发展计划,项目首期的伯克利区已接近完成,同时竣工的还有霍伯森维尔公园,首期住宅即将入住。霍伯森维尔现在是奥克兰最大型的住房发展社区,也是创造未来高品质宜居城市的重要里程碑。The Hobsonville project involves the comprehensive urban master planning for a new medium-density residential community on a former airbase. Hobsonville is a long-term development undertaken by Hobsonville Land Company. The first phase of development, the Buckley Precinct developed under a Comprehensive Development Plan, is nearing completion with the Hobsonville Point Park finished and the first new houses occupied. Hobsonville Point is the largest new housing development in Auckland and an important benchmark for creating a high-quality, liveable future for the city.
