摘 要:配电线路发生故障后,智能配电网应能迅速检测和隔离故障,并迅速恢复非故障失电区负荷供电,以实现智能配电网的自愈功能。传统的故障恢复方法虽能得到理想的供电恢复方案,但收敛速度慢且忽略了负荷均衡。因此,提出了基于启发式搜索的快速故障恢复方法。该方法以最少的停电负荷和馈线负荷均衡为目标,以供电恢复路径的负荷度最小为搜索规则,可缩短寻优时间,提高馈线的负载能力,避免由于过载而引起的配电网大面积停电事故。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。When a fault occurs on distribution line,according to the self-healing function of smart distribution network,the fault should be able to detect and isolate quickly,and restore the power supply for the load located in non-fault load loss regions rapidly.Traditional service restoration methods can attain ideal restoration scheme,however the convergence is slow and the load balancing is neglected.A fast service restoration method based on heuristic searching algorithm is proposed.Taking the least interrupted load and feeder load balancing as objectives and the least loading degree in the service restoration paths as the searching rule,the search time can be shortened and the load capability of feeders can be improved,thus the overload-caused large area outage in distribution network can be avoided.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by calculation results of IEEE 69-bus system.
