摘  要:一次能源、环境和经济等元素的加入,使电力网络在直接担当电气源流供求关系载体的基础上,又隐含承担了间接传输一次能源流、环境信息流、经济信息流在内的多种非电气源流的角色。传统电力网络分析未涉及非电气源流经网络传输后的分布状态。为此,基于电力网络源流路径电气剖分信息,沿有功潮流方向从发电源节点开始至负荷流节点终止,依次对剖分电气量所隐含承载的非电气量进行解析,建立了节点和支路上非电气量与电气量的关系,并由此提出电力网络复合源流状态计算方法。作为复合源流状态信息的可能应用之一,设计了综合考虑电气和非电气因素的输电路径责任评估方法。算例验证了该方法的可行性。The joining of such elements as primary energy, environment and economy makes power network,which is originally operated as a direct carrier undertaking supply-demand relationship between sources and flows of electricity,playing a hidden role of indirectly transmitting various non-electrical information flows such as primary energy flow,environmental information flow,economic information flow and so on.In view of the fact that traditional power network analysis does not involve the distribution of non-electrical information flows transmitted by power network, based on electrical dissection information of the paths between sources and flows,which begin from generation buses and terminate at load buses along the direction of active power flow, the implicit non-electrical quantities carried by electrical dissection quantities are analyzed to establish the relationships between non-electrical quantities and electrical quantities of buses and branches,and on this basis a method to compute composite flow states within power network is proposed.As one of possible applications of composite flow state information,and synthetically considering electrical and non-electrical factors a method to evaluate the responsibility of power transmission line is designed.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation results of New England 39-bus system.
