摘 要:检修计划优化问题本质上是一个带有决策偏好的多目标多约束优化问题,目前主要研究方向集中在单目标优化领域,无法满足决策者对优化目标多元化的实际需求。建立了以检修成本费用最低和期望缺供电量最小为目标的输电网检修计划多目标优化模型,并提出一种交互式多目标决策方法进行求解。该方法以目标满意度和目标贴近度为基础构造交互式决策模型,将多目标优化模型分解为3个单目标决策模型进行交互求解,通过决策者对各单项目标满意度和目标总体贴近度的不断调整来体现其主观愿望,避免了人为确定目标权重的任意性,便于实际操作应用。通过IEEE RTS-79节点系统的仿真验证了文中所建模型和交互式多目标决策方法的有效性。In essence the optimization of maintenance scheduling is a multi-objective and multi-constrained optimization problem with decision preference.At present,the research of this problem focuses in the field of single objective optimization,so decision-makers,diversified demand on optimization objectives cannot be satisfied.A multi-objective optimization model for maintenance scheduling of transmission network,in which the lowest maintenance cost and the minimum expected energy not supplied(EENS) are taken as objectives,is built,and an interactive multi-objective decision-making method is proposed to solve the built model.Based on the satisfaction degree of objective and the nearness degree of objective an interactive decision-making model is constructed,and a multi-objective optimization model is decomposed into three single-objective decision-making models to solve the multi-objective optimization problem.To avoid the arbitrariness in the artificial determination of objective weights and make the proposed method easy to apply,the subjective desire of the decision-maker is incarnated by continually adjusting satisfaction degree of each single-objective and nearness degree of overall objectives.The effectiveness of the built model and the proposed interactive multi-objective decision-making method is verified by simulation results of IEEE RTS-79 system.
