高校机构库建设存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：高等院校作为生产科研成果并为商品数据库提供数据信息的主要来源方,建立机构典藏库,除了可以集中展现该机构的研究成果、维护首创权、提高机构成员研究成果的影响力等因素外,更重要的是可以降低数据库采购费用,便于和其他机构知识库进行交换分享。本文论述国内高校机构库建设中存在的主要问题及解决的方案,并列举了国内外4所高等院校机构典藏库建设较成功的案例,期待为国内高校正在建设或准备建设机构库的单位提供一些借鉴和参考。Colleges and universities are a main source party in making scientific research achievements and providing data and information for commodity databases. Their establishment of institutional repositories can display the scientific research achievements of the institutional repositories in a concentrated way, maintain their pioneering right and increase the influence of the scientific re- search achievements of the institutional members. What＇s more important, it can reduce the procurement cost and is convenient for the other institutional repositories to exchange and share the databases. This paper discusses the main problems and solutions in the construction of domestic university institutional repositories, lists the relatively successful cases of 4 universities at home and abroad in building their institutional repositories, and expects to provide some references for universities at home which are building or ready to build institutional repositories.
