摘　　要：虚拟社区中隐性知识共享成为现在知识管理研究的重要内容,本文在分析虚拟社区中隐性知识共享的内涵、共享博弈特征以及所面临的困难下,结合虚拟社区中隐性知识共享的博弈分析,提出了一些促进隐性知识共享的对策。Virtual community tacit knowledge sharing now has become an important part of the Study of knowledge management.Based on the analysis of virtual community, the connotation of tacit knowledge sharing,sharing game characteristics and the difficulties faced by, combined with virtual community game analysis of the tacit knowledge sharing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve tacit knowledge sharing.
