摘　　要：目的观察根据中医辨证论治联合干扰素治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 202例(所选病例共299例,其中排除引起过敏性紫癜性肾炎97例)患者在常规西医对症治疗基础上,采用中医辨证论治并联合干扰素治疗,疗程2 W,观察临床疗效。结果临床痊愈123例,显效46例,有效20例,总有效率为93.56%。结论中医辨证论治联合干扰素治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效肯定。Object observation on the effect on Hypersensitive Purpura Cured by IF of Combination of TCM and West- ern Medicine. Method 202 patients treated with IF of Combination of TCM and Western Medicine, course 2W, based on the western medicine. Result 123 are cured, 46 are obvious, and 20 are effective, the efficiency is 93.56 % o Conclusion the effect on the patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and hemorrhagic shock by treatment with combined and limited liquid reviving liquorice and Ginseng Lotion is asserted.
