针推结合中药治疗痰瘀阻滞型椎动脉型颈椎病60例  

60 Cases of Stagnation of Sputum Causing Vertebral Artery Cervical Spondylosis by Therapy of Electric Needle/Massage and Relieving Fainting Lotion

摘　　要：目的观察电针、推拿疗法合止晕汤治疗气虚、痰瘀阻滞椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法针刺颈夹脊、双风池、双天柱、百会、率谷、双内关、双丰隆、双三阴交,带电加TDP照射颈部,结合推拿疗法、止晕汤治疗本病60例。结果总有效率98.33%。结论电针疗法、推拿疗法合止晕汤是一种治疗气虚、痰瘀阻滞椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法。Object Observation on the effect on the deficiency of Qi and stagnation of sputum and BLood - Stasis cau- sing vertebral artery cervical spondylosis by therapy of electric needle/massage and relieving fainting lotion. Method nee- dling 60 patients on musculus splenius cervicis/shuangfengchi/shuangtianzhu/baihui/shuaigu/shuangneiguan/shuangfen- glong/shuangsanyinjiao/TDP with electricity irradiation on the cervicis combined with massage and relieving fainting lo- tion. Result general effect is 98.33 %. Conclusion the effect on the deficiency of Qi and stagnation of sputum and BLood - Stasis causing aertebral artery cervical spondylosis by therapy of electric needle/massage and relieving fainting lotion is ascertained.
