摘  要:为了能够批量制备出表面状态一致又可重现的模拟样片,本文以故宫灵沼轩建筑中轧钢构件锈层为参照点,进行实验室模拟制锈工作。通过对放置不同角度的铁质样品腐蚀速度的对比研究,筛选出腐蚀速度相对较快的样品放置角度;并在该角度下进行批量制锈,利用每天定期人为擦除浮锈的方法,加速制备模拟锈层。实验室模拟制得的锈层与故宫实际文物锈层具有相似的特征,证明盐雾箱间隙喷雾可以快速模拟制备符合故宫灵沼轩建筑中轧钢类型构件的模拟锈层。In order to prepare a batch consistent but also to reproduce the analog samples, the passage put the rolling components of Lingzhao Xuan in the Forbidden City as a reference point, the system rust was simulate in the laboratory. Through the comparative study of the corrosion rate of iron samples which placed in different angles, the placement angle of samples whose corrosion rate was relatively fast was filter out. In the angle batch system rust, daily human way was used to erase the rust on a regular basis, and accelerate the preparation of simulated rust layer. Rust layer laboratory simulations obtained with the Forbidden City the actual relics rust layer had similar characteristics to prove the salt spray tank gap spray could quickly simulate prepared in line with the rolling type components of Lingzhao Xuan in the Forbidden City simulation rust layer.
