摘 要:通过模拟培养实验,对辽河口潮间带湿地细菌数量的变化规律及其主要影响因素进行了研究。培养实验结果表明,盐分、C/N、石油烃对细菌数量均有影响。细菌数量随盐分增加而减少,C/N的添加使细菌数量明显增多,碳氮比为10∶1时细菌数量最大,约为对照组的3倍。石油烃对细菌的生长有显著抑制作用,石油烃浓度越高,细菌数量越少。Based on the database observed in the Intertidal Wetland of the Liaohe Estuary, the variation of bacteria and main factors affecting the number of the bacteria were measured by field culture experi- ments. The field culture experiments showed that the number of the bacteria was affected by salinity, C/ N ratio and Petroleum hydrocarbon. The number of the bacteria reduced with the salinity increase. The C/N ratio significantly increased the number of the bacteria, which were increased by 3 times compared with the controlwhen the C/N ratio was 10 : 1. The Petroleum hydrocarbon significantly inhibited the growth of the bacteria. The number of the bacteria reduced as the increase of Petroleum hydrocarbon con- centrations.
