摘　　要：在"军卫一号"HIS系统平台下实现了科级成本核算与绩效评估,重点讨论了科级成本核算与绩效评估软件实现方法、功能。实现了"高质量的数字化管理、全成本核算管理机制、按劳分配"的成本核算和奖励机制,为医院全面提高成本管理水平提供最有力支持。To complete departlnent cost accounting and performance evaluation based on ＂No.1 Military, Medical Project＂ HIS system platform.
