摘　　要：医院博士后工作对推动转化型医院建设具有重要意义。为解决目前医院博士后工作中存在的科研资源整合程度不高问题,提出构建医院博士后科研资源整合信息系统的初步设想,为医学博士后、博士后导师、博士后管理者、医院设站单位、用人单位及成果需求单位等搭建有效的沟通交流平台,促进博士后人岗匹配,医学基础科研成果快速向临床转化,从而提高医院博士后的培养使用质量。Postdoctors play an important part to propose the building of the translational hospital. In order to solve the problems existing in the work of the postdoctors in the hospitals that the research resources integration degree is not high, the research resources integration information system is proposed to set up an effective communication flat for the medical postdoctors, the tutors the lnanagers the postdoctors working station of the hospitals and the organizations with the demands of research production to promote the matching of the postdoctors and the post, and to promote the translation of the foundation research to the clinic, and accordingly improve the cultivating anti using quality of the postdoctors in the hospitals.
