摘　　要：区域医疗信息化是医疗行业信息化进程中十分重要的内容,在一定程度上代表区域信息化整体建设水平。区域医疗卫生信息平台,是连接区域内各医疗卫生机构基本业务系统的数据交换与共享平台,是让区域内各信息系统之间进行信息整合的基础和载体。主要介绍了本地区域医疗信息化建设内容、总体规划架构、数据中心建设模式以及技术实现途径。通过该项目的实施,基层医疗卫生服务机构、各级医院信息化水平将得到较大幅度的提升,能够为患者提供更加便捷、优质的医疗服务,有效缓解"看病难看病贵"问题。Regional Medical inforlnatization is the important content in the process of medical information industry. To a certain extent,it represents the overall level of the regional informatization.The Regional Medical information platform is data exchange sharing platform which connects the basic systems of local areas＇ s medical and health institutions,also it is the base and carrier to make the regional information system integrate.This paper introduces the local regional medical informatization construction, planning architecture, data center construction mode and technical realization methods.Through this project,the informatization level of basic health agencies and all hospitals will be greatly improved.It can provides more convenient and high-quality medical service for patients, alleviates ＂difficulty and expensive＂ problem effectively.
