摘　　要：目的:解决医院信息系统与新农合系统直补的通用接口问题。方法:在医院信息数据库系统中建立视图和新农合业务的相关数据表,通过新农合系统的动态链接库DLL函数完成HIS数据调用和新农合的直补业务。结果:对数据库进行扩展设计和接口程序的编写,使不同的医院信息系统都能与新农合系统顺利地进行直补。结论:该接口问题的解决,使医院不用对HIS进行接口开发而直接与新农合系统进行即时结报。Objective： to solve the hospital information system and common interfaces for new rural cooperative system of direct subsidy. Methods： established views in the database of hospital information system and business-related data tables in new rural cooperative system, by new rural cooperative system of dynamic link libralT DLL function comPlete HIS data calls and direct subsidy for the new rural cooperative business. Results： expand the database design and interface program, so that different hospital information system and new rural cooperative medical system can smoothly continuously. Conclusion： The solution to the problem of the interface, the hospital and not directly with the new rural cooperative system for real-time sununary report on HIS interfce development.
