摘　　要：中国国防科技工业企业在改革的初始阶段选择强制性变迁模型一定程度上可以弥补制度供给的不足 ,但强制性变迁只能是一种条件不成熟情况下的中间过渡模式 ,中国国防科技工业企业必须最终选择诱致性制度变迁模型。By analysing the present situation of China's defence technology, the thesis reckons that mandatory institutional change is the practical choice, and inducing institutional change is the final choice of the institutional innovation of China's technology enterprises. The thesis also analyses the role which the states plays in the institutional innovation of the defence technology enterprises.
