摘　　要：目的探讨FTS-CNP模式在妇科患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法将80例行经腹全子宫切除术的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为实验组42例,对照组38例,实验组实施FTS-CNP模式,对照组实行传统护理。比较2组患者健康知识掌握情况、对护士工作满意度及术后恢复情况。结果实验组患者健康知识知晓率和总体满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后下地活动时间、开始排气和排便时间、并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FTS-CNP是一种高效的新型护理模式,有助于提高护理工作质量和患者满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of FTS-CNP in gynecological patients at peri0perative period. Methods 80 u- terine fibroids patients received total abdominal hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group（42 cases） and control group（38case）. The experimental group received nursing under the guide of the b-TS-CNP mode, and the control group received tradi- tional nursing. Compared health knowledge, nurse job satisfaction and postoperative recovery between the two groups.Results Health knowledge and overall satisfaction in experimental group were higher than those of control group, differences were statistically signifi- eant（P〈0.05）.Postoperative ambulation time, began to exhaust and defecation time, the incidence of complications, length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization between the two group were statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion FFS - CNP is a kind of efficient new mode for nursing, and help to improve the quality of care and patients satisfaction.
