面向产业决策支持的专利情报需求调查研究——以海水淡化产业为例

摘　　要：以企业用户为调研主体,采用访问调查和问卷调查两种方式,对海水淡化产业的专利情报需求情况进行了调查,分别就专利利用现状、面向产业研究的专利分类方法和专利分析功能等方面进行了统计分析。并在调查研究的基础上,对面向产业决策支持的专利情报工作提出了对策和建议。This paper conducted a survey on the patent intelligence needs of the desalination industry using interview survey and question- naire survey the two kinds of methods, with enterprise users as the main research body. And the paper made statistics and analysis to the current situation of patent utilization, patent classification method for the industrial research, patent analysis functions, etc. On the basis of investigation and study, finally the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
