摘　　要：首先介绍了TRIZ理论的概念和创新流程,并描述了基于TRIZ的专利检索系统的研究现状,然后尝试将专利检索系统和TRIZ创新流程相结合。旨在完善TRIZ的实际运用流程,规避创新中的专利侵权风险、提高创新效率。The article first introduces the concept of TRIZ theory and the innovation process and describes the current research status of pa- tent retrieval system based on TRIZ, then tries to combine the patent retrieval system with TRIZ innovation process. The finding in the ar- ticle is helpful for perfecting the actual application process of TRIZ, evading risks of patent infringement in innovation and improving the innovation efficiency
