摘　　要：从知识创新的概念、特征等入手,分析了知识创新中的主体与客体,综述了知识创新过程与影响要素、研究方法、机制等现状,指出研究成果和不足,探寻现有研究的普遍规律,并分析了未来的研究热点和方向,即知识创新的特征、方式等有待深化和完善;需要进一步拓展揭示知识创新机理的新方法;有针对性的知识创新机制需要持续探索与应用。The existing research results of knowledge innovation are reviewed, including the concept and characteristics, the subject and object, the process and impact factors, research methods, and mechanism at present. The achievements and shortage of existing research are analyzed. The universal law of existing research is explored and the focus and direction of further research are pointed out： the charac- teristics and ways of knowledge innovation remain to be deepened, the new methods for revealing the mechanism of knowledge innovation require improvement, and the pertinent mechanisms of knowledge innovation need to be continuously explored and applied.
