摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺隐球菌病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年12月-2012年5月本院行超声引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术(PTNB)诊断肺隐球菌病的7例患者病例资料,所有7例患者均行痰涂片检查、胸X线检查、肺CT检查及纤维支气管镜检查、超声引导下经肺穿刺活检术,检出物送病理检查。结果:7例患者均经超声引导下行经肺穿刺活检术,检出物送病理检查找到隐球菌而确诊。穿刺后无明显并发症。结论:对临床难以确诊的肺隐球菌病,超声引导下PTNB是一种安全有效的诊断方法。Objective： To investigate clinical application of ultrasound-guided percutaneous needling biopsy （PTNI3） in the diagnosis of pulmonary cryptococcosis. Methods： 7 patients diagnosed as pulmonary cryptococcosis by PTNB in our hospital from December 2010 to May 2012 were retrospectively studied. Results： The results of staining sputum and bronchoscopy were negative. Pulmonary nodules and/or consolidations in subpleural areas of the lung were shown in chest radiography and CT. Pulmonary cryptococcosis of 7 cases were diagnosed by histopathologic examination obtained by PTNB. Conclusion： Ultrasound-guided PTNB is a safe and effective means in the diagnosis of pulmonary cryptococcosis for those hard to be diagnosed clinically.
