摘  要:利用玉米黄浆液、喷浆玉米纤维、酱糟、木薯渣等低质食品加工副产物,经多种益生菌发酵制成微生态发酵饲料,本试验旨在探讨添加该发酵饲料产蛋鸡日粮对其生产性能和经济效益的影响。选用360日龄产蛋率为90%左右的罗曼粉商品蛋鸡1800只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理设5个重复,每个重复60只;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别饲喂添加2.5%和5.0%的微生态发酵饲料的基础日粮;预饲期1周,试验期10周。结果发现:试验组与对照组相比采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重差异均不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的饲料成本每吨分别降低10元和20元,每只蛋鸡比对照组增加6.64%和1.35%的收入。综合来看蛋鸡基础日粮添加2.5%~5%的微生态发酵饲料不会影响蛋鸡的生产性能,而且能提高经济效益,具有一定推广价值和可行性。The low-quality food processing by-products,such as corn processing wastewater,gunite corn fiber,sauce residue and cassava residue, was fermented into microbial fermented feed by a variety of probiotics. To investigate the effect of microbial fermented feed on production performance and economic benefits in laying hens, 1 800 Lohmann laying hens of 360 days of age and 90% laying rate were randomly divided into three treatments, five replicates for each treatment. The control group was fed the basal diet,group I and group II was fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5% and 5.0% microbial fermented feed respectively. The results showed that the test groups had no significant difference in feed intake,laying rate and average egg weight compared with control group (P〉0.05),but the feed costs of group I and group II reduced by 10 and 20 yuan per ton, the income per laying hens increased 6.64% and 1.27%,respectively. In comprehensive view, the basal diet with 2.5% to 5.0% microbial fermented feed had no effect on production performance of laying hens ,but could increase economic benefits.
