喜炎平注射液联合匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析喜炎平注射液、匹多莫德口服液对小儿手足口治疗效果。方法将2011年1月至11月确诊的手足口病入院患儿93例随机分为两组,对照组46例,联用组47例。两组患者均给予隔离、退热、对症治疗和利巴韦林抗病毒治疗。对照组加用喜炎平注射液按5mg/(kg.d)计算用量,加入5%葡萄糖液100ml中静脉滴注。联用组在对照组基础上加口服匹多莫德口服液400mg/次,2次/d。结果联用组患儿经治疗后,在退热时间、溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间以及治愈率方面均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液和匹多莫德口服液联用有良好的协同作用,具有治愈率高、改善临床症状、减少并发症等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effects of the combination of Xiyanping and Pidotimod in treatment of hand-foot-mouth-disease（HFMD）in infants.Methods From january to november 2011,the 93 cases of HFMD diagnosed infans were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases as control group,47 cases as combination group.All patients were given the isolation,fever,symptomatic treatment and ribavirin antiviral therapy.Control group plus the injection Xiyanping according to 5 mg/（kg·d） calculate amount,adding 100 ml of 5% glucose solution,intravenous infusion.Combination group on the basis of control group plus oral pidotimod Oral Liquid 400 mg/times,2 times/d.Results The combination group children after treatment at the time of fever,ulcer healing time deflorescence time,and recovery rates were better than the control group（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion The combination of Xiyanping and Pidotimod have good synergies,and have a high cure rate,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
