摘　　要：目的通过对监狱系统医务人员开展以高级生命支持为主的急救技术培训,探讨对基层特殊单位开展急救培训的必要性及其价值。方法 2012年5～7月采取分三期培训的方法一共培训监狱医务人员166人,培训结束后进行理论和操作考核。结果理论考核合格率为100%,急救操作合格率为98%,培训满意度为98%。结论以成人高级生命支持急救技术为主的培训方式,大大提高了监狱医务人员急救技能和操作水平。Objective Based first aid to advanced life support and technical training carried out by the medical staff of the prison system,Explore the necessity and value of first aid training special units to carry out the grassroots.Methods From May to July in 2012,166 total training prison medical staff were trained phase by phase.After the training,theory and operation assessment.Results 100% passed the theory examination;98% passed the first aid operation;the satisfaction to the training program was 98%.Conclusion Adult advanced life support first aid techniques based training methods can make the prison medical staff first aid skills and operational level.
