经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器在治疗肺大疱中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨研究经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器在治疗肺大疱中的应用价值。方法收集本院2011年11月至2012年11月胸心外科以肺大泡收住院患者114例作为研究对象,其中55例患者选择采用开胸切除术治疗肺大泡,设为对照组,其余59例患者选择采用胸腔镜治疗肺大泡,设为VATS组。分析并比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后24 h胸腔引流量、引流管拔出时间、术后并发症发生率及复发情况。结果 VATS组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后24 h胸腔引流量、引流管拔出时间、术后并发症发生率及复发情况均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经胸腔镜直线切割缝合器在治疗肺大疱中具有创伤小、瘢痕少和恢复快等优点,值得在临床推广。Objective study through thoracoscopy in linear cutting stapler in the treatment of pulmonary bullae application value.Methods The hospital from 2011.11-2012.11 of thoracic and cardiac surgery with pulmonary bulla received 114 patients as the object of study,among the 55 patients with thoracotomy resection in the treatment of pulmonary bullae,set as control group,the remaining 59 patients were selected using thoracoscopy in the treatment of pulmonary bullae,set up for the VATS group.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of operation time,bleeding volume,24 h chest drainage,drainage tube pulled out of time,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence.Results In VATS group,operation time,bleeding volume,24 h chest drainage,drainage tube pulled out of time,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence were significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic linear cutting stapler in the treatment of pulmonary bullae with little trauma,less scar and quick recovery,it is worth promoting in clinical.
