摘　　要：目的探讨实行抗菌药物零差价销售的必要性和坚迫性。方法回顾抗菌药物临床应用的现状,分析抗菌药物滥用的原因和防治措施。结果抗菌药物滥用现象普遍,危害严重,防治措施收效甚微。结论 "以药养医"是抗菌药物滥用的根本原因,实行抗菌药物零差价销售势在必行。Objective To study the extraction of antibacterial drug sales zero difference the necessity and urgency of kennedy.Methods a retrospective review of the clinical application of antimicrobial agents in the current situation,analysis of antimicrobial drug abuse causes and prevention measures.Results antimicrobial drug abuse phenomenon,serious harm,prevention measures have little effect.Conclusion ＂In order to support drug treatment,＂ the fundamental reason is the abuse of antibacterials,execute antibacterial drugs zero spreads sales be imperative.
