摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌术后功能锻炼以及化疗的护理方法。方法随机选取2008年5月至2011年5月收治的乳腺癌患者100例,随机分为观察组50例,对照组50例。观察组在行根治术后给予术后常规护理、心理护理、饮食护理、功能锻炼以及化疗护理,对照组给予术后的常规护理,并将两组患者护理后的患肢功能进行比较。结果在辅助化疗6个周期结束后对上述患者化疗前后的肩关节功能和患侧上肢肌力进行评价,观察组肌力达到5级的患者为30例(60.0%),肩关节外展达到180°的患者为33例(66.0%),与对照组相比较患者上肢功能恢复好,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论乳腺癌患者良好的护理措施和心理指导可增加患者战胜疾病的信心,可提高存活率及生活质量。Objective Explored the methods of care breast cancer postoperative functional exercise and chemotherapy.Methods Randomly selected in May 2008 to May 2011 100 cases of breast cancer and divided into two groups of control group with 50 cases and observation group with 50 cases.The observation group given routine care,psychological care,diet care,functional exercises and chemotherapy care after surgery,control group given routine care,compared two groups patients’ limb function after care.Results Evaluated these patients’ shoulder function and upper limb muscle strength before and after chemotherapy after 6 cycles adjuvant chemotherapy,observation group’s muscle strength reached grade 5 in 30 cases（60.0%）,shoulder abduction to 180 °in 33 cases（66.0%）,compared with the control group patients’upper limb functional recovery,P0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion Breast cancer patients with good care measures and psychological guidance can increase the Patients’confidence to overcome disease,can improve the survival and life quality.
